Carnelian is a firestone.  And Cinder is the firestone for our Rockbridge.  Wow, has she lived up to her name!  Cinder is bold, outgoing, super smart and beautiful.  Cinder had a wonderful first year in the show ring, earning her Canadian Championship, Breed Championship and was the #1 Top Shiloh Puppy (RBCSWO), #4 Top Puppy of all the Herding Dogs and #9 of the Top Puppies of All Breeds. 

Cinder attended her first American show in Brookville, PA on May 29 -30, 2010 and in that one weekend alone earned enough points to become an American Champion.  As the first American Champion with ABIDS, show organization, Cinder’s picture will be on their website forever.  We are so incredible proud of her!

In her second show of the season, in Milton, ON on July 24 - 25, 2010, Cinder won all 5 Winner’s Bitch, 3 - Best of Breed, 2 - Best of Opposite, 1 Reserve Best in Show and 2 time BEST IN SHOW!!!  Together with her American Championship from this organization she is now an International Champion as well. 

In addition Cinder finished the year as #5 Top Dog for all Breeds showing with ABIDS.  We are so proud her!

Cinder takes life on full force.   She never does anything in a small way.  She loves to run and play but is equally cuddly and loving.  Her zest for life is inspirational.  But she is an opinionated girl.  She has an unique little sound for everything she does.  One loud, dramatic yawn to greet the day, another for the excitement of breakfast, still more for play time, outside time, when she’s curious and even when she’s bored.  Nothing is done without a little squeak or big voice!  I love her confident nature and genuine interest in everything around her.  She makes me laugh everyday which is a gift I cannot begin to repay her for.

Cinder has completed her health testing is ready to enter our breeding program.  Watch for news on our Upcoming Breedings page for  her planned breeding.  I’m very excited!
